You Can Host a BHVS Facilitator Training in your Community.
OPTION 1:
Be trained for free by hosting a 2-day training in your community. We’ll offer two free scholarships for you and a co-worker/friend if you choose to host a training that has a minimum of 15 registered participants. All registration fees will come to HEARTS for Families for the training presentation. The training requirements are as follows:
• A training room large enough to comfortably hold 30 participants; plus room to present home visitation role-plays; that is close to safe and comfortable hotels and fast food restaurants for training participants.
• Light refreshments for the a.m. of each training day.
• Promotion of the training within your community to assure participant attendance. A customized training brochure will be developed and forwarded to you to support appropriate registrations.
OPTION 2:
Offer the training to a multitude of community members, charge them a training fee to attend and allow your staff to be trained for free.
Sue Laney is the training author.
A member of her team will come to you to present the training for a fee of $3,500.00, plus travel expenses, which includes training materials including workbooks and supplies for up to 20 attendees. You can charge a registration fee to offset the expense of the training fee and possibly use this opportunity as a fund-raiser for your program or organization. We recommend $250. per participant.
